Gregus Kunstnerverksteder is a studio collective for 11 artists within arts and crafts and fine arts.

In 1988, a group of artists, mainly in the textile art field, started a studio collective in the old ‘housewife school’ building on Dronningens gate in collaboration with Trondheim municipality. In 1998, the artists moved from the centre of town to the old margarine factory on Gregus gate in Lademoen, and took the name Gregus Kunstnerverksteder. In August 2022 the collective moved to temporary facilities in Frostaveien 2. 

 

While they are waiting for permanent studios the artists would like to welcome curious audiences to have a look at a studio collective in limbo during Trondheim Open!
