Maria Holm Thomsen (she/her), b. 2000, is currently on her second year of the bachelor in fine art at Kunstakademiet i Trondheim. 

She is a multimedia artist, but often use a sculptural approach to working around concepts. 

She is currently working on a project that seeks to investigate the gender aspect of the physical build of our society. The focus is on the sizing of humanmade objects and structures. The core investigation focuses on the implicit misogyny present with the way our society is built.
